We invite you to join our Workshop on Recognizing and Working with Dissociation in Compassionate Inquiry Practice with Ioana Dăncescu on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 10am ET to 2:30pm ET (with a 30 minutes break).
This interactive workshop is an invitation to explore dissociation not just as a concept, but as a lived experience. Together, during this 4 hours workshop, we will deepen our understanding of how dissociation shows up in ourselves and in our clients, how we can recognize its subtle and overt forms, and how to meet it with attunement, curiosity, and compassion, in ways that support safety, integration, and healing.
I also want to bring something personal into this space. For me, dissociation has not only been a topic of study, but a lifelong companion: a challenge, a teacher, and, in many ways, a doorway. If I were to name it simply, I would say that dissociation has often felt like a lack of relationship, with myself and with the world.
This is what brings me here, with the intention of sharing this inquiry and knowledge together. To gently become aware of the many ways dissociation can show up in our lives and our work, and to support each other in cultivating a more grounded, present, and connected way of being with ourselves and our clients.
