In my somatic therapy practice, I assist individuals seeking greater wholeness, peace, and compassion by helping them release anxiety, emotional pain, and suppressed past experiences. A substantial part of the healing process occurs through direct somatic experiences of the body while processing developmental trauma. Over time, this approach supports clients in stepping out of the mind, trusting themselves more, and discovering their connection to their true selves.
I often work with clients who have undergone various forms of psychotherapy but feel they still lack a deep embodiment of their healing process. In my sessions, I integrate my backgrounds in Compassionate Inquiry, Myofascial Energetic Release bodywork, BioDynamic Breathwork, and Transformational Connection.
If you would like to meet and engage in some inquiry together, I would be glad to offer a free 30-minute introductory online call. You can easily book this through my website. I work with clients both in person (in Copenhagen) and online.
I primarily support my clients in:
In my personal life, I am passionate about dancing, boxing, integrating spirituality with contemporary psychology, exploring expanded states of consciousness, understanding group dynamics, and engaging in community-building processes. I was born in Poland and, since 2017, have lived abroad in Switzerland, Belgium, and most recently Denmark. Previously, I trained as a sustainable energy engineer and spent two and a half years in corporate life. Eventually, I realized that exploring states of presence and truth brings me the most meaning in life, leading me to fully pursue this path.
