My journey began as a family physician, but a personal tragedy led me to transition into counseling. I believe true healing happens when we address both our human-ness and being-ness. My approach is grounded in the work of Gabor Maté, Peter Levine, Dan Siegel, and spiritual teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, and Krishnamurti. Together, we explore the root causes of struggles like anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, etc., creating a path toward healing and transformation.
We get hurt in relationships, and we can heal in relationships—that’s the kind of connection I aim to offer.
If you are overwhelmed by personal struggles, feeling anxious or depressed, you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay that way. Once you experience safety, being seen, and felt, you can begin to heal. I am happy to offer that space and be the conduit to your freedom.
