Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner from Los Angeles, California. In my private practice, I specialize in trauma, substance use and addiction. As a queer therapist myself, I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative care.
Many of my clients have traits of Highly Sensitive People, have people pleasing tendencies, and are looking to gain perspective and build more confidence in navigating their world. My therapeutic style is very relational, person centered, non-pathologizing, and, along with Compassionate Inquiry, utilizes IFS and Equine Assisted Life Coaching. I also practice from a social justice oriented lens, and appreciate each client’s unique intersectionality. Outside of my private practice, I facilitate Compassion Trauma Circles for Compassion Prison Project (featured in The Wisdom of Trauma), and am deeply connected to their mission to turn prisons into healing centers.
Compassionate Inquiry sessions are available for California residents, due to my therapy license being state specific.
