Daniela Gavanescu
I am a personal counselor with a deep and continuous commitment to understanding the human mind and the complexities of our emotional landscapes. My academic background includes degrees in Law, BA in progress in Psychology, and a Master’s in Gender Equality, complemented by extensive experience as an HR counselor, where I navigated delicate and challenging situations with empathy and care. Additionally, I have had the privilege of coordinating an addiction support group, further deepening my understanding of the human experience in relationship with addictions.
With a score of 9 out of 10 on the ACE test, my personal journey in therapy has been transformative, as for years I carried the belief that my emotions—particularly my anger and irritation—were simply reflections of my parents. It was only through compassionate exploration that I uncovered what lay beneath: a well of sadness longing to be witnessed, validated, and held. This profound realization changed not only how I see myself but also how I approach life and others.
As a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, I bring curiosity, openness, and deep compassion into my work, creating a safe space where clients can explore their inner worlds with gentleness and self-acceptance. I believe that healing begins when we are seen and understood in our fullest truth. It is my privilege to offer this presence to those who seek clarity, connection, and transformation.
