Carla Oannis Rached
- Psychologist

I am Yulia, a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, somatically oriented therapist, and Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach, with a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Regent’s University, U.K.). After working as a lawyer for 10 years, I transitioned into the healing arts.
My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds everything. Physical symptoms and recurring behavioural, emotional, or relational patterns are not random. They are the language of the body and psyche, expressing what the mind has not yet found words for. Together, we listen to that language, tracing the thread from symptom or sensation to its emotional and biographical roots, and releasing long-held pain and beliefs to find our way back to balance and wholeness.
I support people navigating anxiety, depression, chronic pain, burnout, addiction, trauma/PTSD, and grief, as well as those who sense that something is quietly holding them back, even if they cannot name it yet.
I also work in the perinatal and birth space, supporting people in exploring how their earliest experiences — conception, pregnancy, birth, and the first breath — may still be shaping their inner world today, as well as those moving through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Therapists and helping professionals seeking a grounded, somatic lens for their own personal journey are warmly welcome.
