Carla Oannis Rached
- Psychologist

I offer a warm, grounded, and compassionate space where you can gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that shape your life. My work is rooted in the understanding that many present-day struggles are adaptive responses to earlier life experiences, and that meaningful healing begins with awareness, curiosity, and self-compassion.
I hold a B.A. in Addiction Counselling, a diploma in Integrative Supervision, and I am a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. I currently oversee a state-funded addiction and recovery service in Dublin, Ireland, and run a private practice where I offer counselling and trauma therapy to clients both locally and internationally. I also provide integrative supervision to counsellors and other health professionals, and I work as a Compassionate Inquiry Mentorship Coordinator.
Through Compassionate Inquiry, I support individuals in uncovering unconscious belief systems and reconnecting with the body, allowing deeper layers of experience to emerge and be understood. My approach is informed by Polyvagal theory and is both relational and experiential, helping you move beyond coping strategies toward greater awareness and integration.
