In late 2003, I made a life-changing decision to leave my corporate career. While I had been helping businesses thrive, I realized that my true calling was to support people in transforming their lives.
Drawn to ancient traditions and the wisdom of nature, I began a journey of learning and self-discovery. I was guided to mentor others through nature awareness and found deep resonance with Native traditions, regenerative design, sweat lodges, breathwork, and other ceremonial practices. I immersed myself in yoga and 5Rhythms Dance, began facilitating firewalks in 2005, completed a 13-month Toltec apprenticeship, and assisted an elder in sharing the practice of Ho‘oponopono ke ala.
Since 2011, I have been facilitating Family Systemic Constellations for individuals and groups. This work continues to inspire me deeply.
In 2019, a severe concussion shook my world. After years of holding space for others, it became clear it was time to tend lovingly to myself. I explored many powerful healing modalities and received incredible support, yet something still felt incomplete. In 2020, I came across an interview with Dr. Gabor Maté and immediately knew I had found what I’d been searching for. My journey with Compassionate Inquiry began.
Today, I am honored to hold safe, compassionate space for others as they reconnect with themselves and move toward more fulfilling lives.
