By creating a space of safety, presence, and attention, my main focus is to support clients in their own process of recognizing what is present in their lives at the moment—the inner dynamics of thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. My sessions are an invitation to explore with curiosity what truly belongs to us and what does not, as well as the ‘universality’ of trauma inherited through family lineage and culture.
