Marjan Emami
I am a trained physician with almost two decades of work in cancer research. I often found myself puzzled with seeing patients with no risk factors getting sick. Through Gabor’s teachings and trauma work, I learned that our physical maladies have a deep and often hidden psychological component. That is where the true healing resides.
In my work with clients, in addition to incorporating Compassionate Inquiry approach, I draw on the teachings of Stephen Porges, Gordon Neufeld, Bessel van Der Kolk and particularly Eckhart Tolle.
"We get hurt in relationships and we heal in the safety of a relationship". That is the relationship I like to offer.
